- How long are shipping times?
We work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products. Our suppliers typically ship items within one to five days of receiving an order. From that point, it typically takes 5-30 days for items to arrive. We also endeavor to include more specific shipping information on each individual product offered in the description.
As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs on where your order is at all times.
- What's your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can click on the Refunds & Returns link from the main website or go directly to our Returns Center at fernsprout.returnscenter.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible but much depends upon timing. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at support@fernsprout.com as soon as possible and we will do our very best to accommodate you. Our goal is always to provide the highest level in customer service.
- What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us at support@fernsprout.com and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.
- Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
